Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HoloVault ("HoloVault", "we", "us"), available at holovault.eu (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HoloVault is a tool for tracking your Star Wars Unlimited card collection, scanning and importing cards, building decks, receiving AI-assisted recommendations and search, and exporting decks to third-party playtesting platforms such as ForceTable. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 — or the digital-consent age in your country — years old to use the Service. By using HoloVault you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Discord. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. Notify us atsupport@holovault.eu if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Free and Supporter tiers

Core features are available free of charge. The optional Supporter tier is a paid subscription (currently €5 per month) that unlocks additional AI usage and a more capable AI model.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Mollie. By subscribing you also agree to any applicable terms of the payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation and price changes

You may cancel your Supporter subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Supporter access until then. We may change the price or features of the Supporter tier with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As the Supporter tier is digital content/services supplied immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the service has been fully provided. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• Scrape or bulk-extract data except through features we provide;
• Abuse the AI features or attempt to circumvent usage quotas;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.

6. Your content

Your collection data, decks, and uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to run scans, generate recommendations, and export decks at your request). We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

7. AI features

AI recommendations and search are provided for convenience and are generated by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and are not guaranteed to be optimal or correct. You are responsible for your own deck-building decisions. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features.

8. Intellectual property and fan-project disclaimer

HoloVault is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, or Fantasy Flight Games. Star Wars, Star Wars Unlimited, all related names, card images, and marks are the property of their respective owners. We claim no rights over that material and use it only to provide a tracking and deck-building tool for fans. The HoloVault name, logo, and original software are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Discord (login), Mollie (payments), and ForceTable (deck export). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including card databases and meta statistics) will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the relevant sections of these Terms survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence in the EU.
